The Deserted Circle

Mary wants a campfire

This is a photo of my 2 yr old exploring a deserted campfire circle – I thought it looked a little post apocolyptic

I love machines especially old farm machinery – I found this tractor at Cranham Scout Headquarters.

Alaric For Dr Who!

Alaric for the next Dr Who!

I came up with a solution to Matt Smith leaving the series Dr Who – my husband Alaric! He is perfect and his Cub pack already think he is a Dr Who incarnation so I thought I’d draw a picture of him being Dr Who. It is not the best picture I’ve ever drawn but I still like it 🙂

A beaker of wool

Wool in a Beaker

I love it when science and art mix and here we have two of my favourite subjects combining – Chemistry and knitting part of [the Perovskite Project](http://www.surrey.ac.uk/chemistry/perovskite/about_the_project/).

This dark imposing mass of spikes just seemed to represent the restrictions that can be felt in built up areas when they start to fall apart.

The Litter Picker of Gloucester

The Gloucester Litter Picker

This is one of my drawings – I saw this man on the outskirts of Gloucester litter picking and couldn’t get a photo so I sketched him as I felt it was both inspirational and heart breaking.

The Hare and The Bull at Night

The hare and the bull at night

I am not happy with how this came out – I think it could have been a lot clearer if I’d had the tripod but I still love the framing, light and compositions of it – I love the statue too which lives in Cheltenham.
